Just east of downtown and close to the lake, Roseland is one of Burlington’s most established and prestigious neighbourhoods, with mature trees, deep lots and a mix of classic and custom homes.

Roseland’s wide, tree-lined lots carry everything from mid-century bungalows to stately older homes and new custom builds. Many original houses have been renovated or replaced, while the streets keep their mature canopy.
